1. Acceptance of terms
By using the JustPeachy invoicing application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use & Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. No warranties, “as-is” provision
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author(s), developer(s), and owner(s) of this App shall have no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the App.
4. Your responsibility
You assume full responsibility for all activities, calculations, data inputs, invoice numbers, taxation calculations, payments, and communications conducted through the App. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all generated invoices and compliance with applicable local tax laws, financial regulations, and invoicing rules.
5. Your data is your responsibility
JustPeachy stores your work on your own device. Uninstalling the App, clearing your browser’s site data, or losing the device will remove that work permanently. Use the backup feature in Settings to keep your own copies. We cannot recover data we never held.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer(s) and owner(s) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your use of the App or your violation of these terms.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the App changes. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Privacy

JustPeachy is built to keep your work on your own device. There is no account to create. Invoices, clients and tracked time stay on your device. A few optional first-party signals (described below) may reach our own server when it is configured.
What stays on your device
Your invoices, clients, drafts, tracked time, and settings are stored locally in your browser or app storage. They are not uploaded to us, and we have no way to read them. That also means they live and die with the device — see the backup note in the Terms.
Usage information
The App records a small log of in-app events (for example, that an invoice was created) to decide what to show you next, such as when to offer a trial. This log is capped, stored on your device, and is not sent to us. There is no third-party analytics service, no advertising, and no cookies.
If you tap Install, and the App is talking to our server, we increment an anonymous counter (the random device identifier plus the event type). That tells us how many people asked to install. It is not a profile of you.
If you leave an email during setup, we store that address so we can write to you about JustPeachy. You can skip that step. It is not an account and it is not linked to your invoices or clients.
Cookies
The App does not use cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage, which is not shared with anyone and is cleared when you clear the App’s site data.
A device identifier
The App generates a random identifier and keeps it on your device. It contains no personal information and is not linked to you. It exists so a purchase can be matched back to the App that made it.
When information does leave your device
Only in these situations, and only what is described:
- Sending an invoice. By default the App opens a draft in your own email app. The message goes from you to your client — it does not pass through us, and we never see the recipient or the contents.
- Optional automated sending. If you connect JustPeachy to a sending service, the invoice and your client’s email address are sent to that service so it can deliver the message and any reminders you scheduled. This is off unless you configure it.
- Paying for an upgrade. Purchases are handled by Stripe on its own pages. Your card details are entered there and are never seen by, or sent to, the App. Stripe receives the random device identifier so the purchase can be applied. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Payment links you add. If you put a PayPal, Venmo, or Stripe link on your invoices, your client goes to that provider to pay you. That is between you, your client, and that provider.
- Checking for updates. The App asks its own server whether a newer version exists. No information about you is included.
- Install count. A tap on Install (or a successful install on browsers that report it) sends the random device identifier and the event type to our server so we can count it. No name, email, or invoice is included.
- Optional email. If you type an email on the first-run screen, that address is stored on our server so we can send product notes. Skip leaves nothing with us.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, build a profile of you, or use your invoices or client details for any purpose of our own.
Children
The App is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed at children.
Your control
Because invoices, clients and tracked time live on your device, you can remove all of them at any time from Settings, or by clearing the App’s site data. We cannot recover that work. If you left an email with us, write hello@designsparkonline.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If the App’s handling of information changes, this page will be updated and the date above revised.

Questions about this policy, or about the little data that does leave your device, go to hello@designsparkonline.com. Your invoices and clients are only ever on your device, so there is no account for us to look up — but we will happily walk you through the backup and erase controls in Settings, and delete an email you left with us if you ask.
